Standard Plastisol
This is the most common form of printing media. Using plastisol especially on dark garments it feels rough and has a plasticized texture. We have many additives and techniques that will give your print more of a softer image if requested. We have a multitude of colors including fluorescent. The maxim print size 14” wide x 16” long. We have in house graphic design or you supply your own art work. We required it to be saved in the following format; vector art (illustrator), EPS or PDF.

Discharge

Discharge is the process of printing clear ink essentially 'bleaching' a garment. Colored discharge offers the ability to print bright opaque colors on darks with a soft print. This technique is quite unique and catches the eye, plus looks fantastic on T-shirts and hoodies.

Waterbase
Water Based inks are a good choice when a soft hand print is desired. A soft hand is the condition of the ink that is printed on the garment. When the hand is run across the fabric the ink cannot easily be felt.
Using Water Based inks on white is most effective, but printing on darks is still an option. We could put down a discharge base first to knock out the dyes in the fabric. However color matching with Water Base inks is not as exact as Plastisol inks with a discharge base. Waterbase screen printing is mainly used on T Shirts and hoodies.

Oversized (19.5"wx26"h)
When printing oversized designs, it is done on manual presses because of the extent of the design two or even three separate screens may be needed. Oversized printing can be done in up to six colors.
Although this is a more costly way of screen printing it looks fantastic on front to back or side to side designs on hoodies or T Shirts.
